The Ministry of Transportation, Ontario (MTO) is undertaking a Preliminary Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for operational and safety improvements to approximately 35 km of Highway 138 between Highway 401 and Highway 417 in the City of Cornwall and the Townships of South Stormont and North Stormont.
Stantec Consulting Limited (Stantec) was retained by the MTO to complete the Preliminary Design and Class EA Study for this assignment.
A Notice of Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) Submission and public review period has been distributed to property owners along the highway corridor, Provincial and Federal Government Agencies, Municipalities, Indigenous Communities, and stakeholders. You are encouraged to review the TESR at the public review locations shown on the notice, or in Documention, starting on June 29, 2017.

A Notice of Public Information Centre 2 (PIC-2) has been posted in local newspapers and distributed to property owners along the highway corridor, Provincial and Federal Government Agencies, Municipalities, First Nation and Métis Groups, and stakeholders.
